Our Process
1. CREATE
A company creates a new campaign and selects which skills should be assessed. (Typing, Spelling, Grammar and Speech Clarity). Create free campaign
2. INVITE
Company will be provided a unique campaign link to be used to invite candidates to take the assessment via our fun game.
3. ASSESS
Candidate follows the unique invitation link and completes the interactive assessment.
4. GRADE
All submitted assessments are carefully reviewed and graded by the ThankYouForCalling A.I.
5. REVIEW
Company is notified via email and can now review assessment scores and select the candidates most applicable for the position.
